Relief Footwear, established in March 2025, is a specialized division of Relivion Healthcare Private Limited. Previously known as STEPP Healthy Footwear since 2018, we have now evolved into a private limited company to extend our reach and deliver better footcare solutions to a wider audience.
We are a leading manufacturer and retailer of diabetic and orthopaedic footwear, offering a wide range of footcare products designed to provide relief from foot pain, improve mobility, and support overall foot health. Our goal is to help individuals prevent foot complications, especially those related to diabetes, arthritis, flat feet, plantar fasciitis, and other chronic conditions.

With over 25 years of expertise in healthcare and wellness, our management team brings deep knowledge in diabetic foot management and orthopaedic shoe design. We work with an experienced team of footwear consultants and technicians to craft customized footwear solutions that meet individual needs and clinical requirements.
All our products are manufactured under the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) model, with production units located in Chennai, Madurai, Vellore, and Secunderabad. As part of our first expansion phase, we are opening 10 retail outlets across Chennai, with plans to scale across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in the near future.
Since 2018, we have served over 3,500 direct customers and 2,000 patients through referrals and partnerships with diabetologists, orthopaedic specialists, and footcare clinics under our previous brand identity.
We actively collaborate with orthopaedic surgeons, podiatrists, diabetologists, and physiotherapists to deliver therapeutic footwear that supports patient recovery and improves quality of life. We also partner with hospitals, clinics, wellness centers, and rehabilitation specialists to address the growing demand for preventive footcare products.
