Return and Refund Policy

At ReliefFootwear.com, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. If you receive a product that does not match what you ordered—whether it’s the wrong size, color, quantity, or if the item is damaged, defective, or not as described—we’re here to help with a clear and simple return process.

You can return items within 7 days if they meet the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered (size, color, quantity)
  • Damaged or defective item
  • Product is significantly different from what was shown online

Please Note:

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used, worn, or altered
  • There is physical damage to the item or its box
  • The return is missing original packaging or accessories
  • The serial number is missing or tampered

The item is marked as a final sale product

If you receive a damaged item, empty parcel, or anything is missing, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.

    • Return Timeframe
      • Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
      • The eligible return window for each item is listed in its description.
    • Approval & Dispatch
      • Once you place a return request, our team will review it.
      • If approved, we’ll send instructions for returning the item.
      • Courier fees of up to ₹120 will be reimbursed once the return is validated.
    • Return Conditions
      • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unworn.
      • Include the price tag, invoice, and clearly write your order number on the box.
    • Courier Charges
      • You’ll need to send the item at your cost initially.
      • We will refund up to ₹120 for courier charges once the return is verified.
    • Post-Return Communication
      • Once we receive the returned item, you’ll get an email within 24 to 48 hours confirming receipt.
      • Our customer service team will update you about your refund or replacement.
    • Refund & Replacement Timelines
      • We process refunds or replacements within 2 working days of receiving the returned product.
      • Refunds take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
      • Refunds or exchanges may be rejected if the return does not meet our criteria or the package lacks proper labelling (e.g., missing order number).
      • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via NEFT. You must enter your bank details under the “My Account” section on our website for the refund to be processed.
